General Refund Policy
1. Refunds for Mistaken Payments:
If a payment has been made in error, you may request a refund within 12 working hours of the transaction. Refund requests made beyond this 12-working-hour window will not be considered under this clause, and the terms listed in this Refund Policy will apply. 2. Refunds for Services Declined by Gateway of Healing:
If, for any reason, Gateway of Healing is unable to provide a service that has been booked due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be issued. This applies only when the service is declined or canceled by Gateway of Healing.
3. No Refunds for WhatsApp and Online Programs:
Our WhatsApp and web-based programs begin within 48 hours of subscription, and due to the nature of these services, no refunds or cancellations will be provided once a subscription is confirmed. We strongly encourage you to review all program details thoroughly before subscribing. If you have any questions, please reach out to us for clarification prior to making a purchase.
4. Workshops and Corporate Trainings:
- Workshops: Registrations for workshops close three days before the scheduled date. Any cancellation or changes requested less than three days prior to the workshop are subject to the sole discretion of Gateway of Healing. If Gateway of Healing cancels a workshop for any reason, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, clients may choose to apply the payment toward a future workshop.
- Corporate Trainings: Upon confirmation of a corporate training, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. If the training is canceled by the client within 48 hours of the event, the deposit will be forfeited. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the training but no later than three days after the training.
Product Refunds
1. Refunds for Products Sold by Gateway of Healing:
Refunds will only be issued for defective products sold directly by Gateway of Healing. If a product cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change, and in case of any pricing discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.
2. International Orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges for international orders. Refunds will not be provided for products returned due to
unpaid customs fees or delivery refusal. In such cases, return shipping fees will be deducted from any potential refund.
Refund Process
1. Refund Request Submission:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@gatewayofhealing.com. Refund eligibility will be determined according to
the specific terms outlined in this policy.
2. Processing Time:
Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3. Gateway of Healing’s Discretion:
Gateway of Healing reserves the right to decline any refund request if it determines that the request does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Gateway of Healing.

2. Disputes:
Any disputes related to this Refund Policy will be governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Haryana, regardless of the client's location.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services, including personalized healing sessions, consultations, and online programs, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Gateway of Healing.
4. Events Beyond Our Control:
In cases where services are canceled or delayed due to events beyond our control
(e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a
case-by-case basis. Gateway of Healing will strive to offer an alternative solution in
such instances.
